I don't know how you guys spent your Friday night but my husband and I (and my dear mother)
spent ours (very cautiously) hauling a clawfoot tub from rural Kansas to our house, where it now
sits patiently in the driveway. You see, we are on the verge of the dreaded bathroom remodel.
Demolition starts Monday so all that's left to do for now is enjoy the last two days of having a working
shower to use at our disposal and spend oodles of time perusing the interwebs for bathroom accessories.
Here is our inspiration (for at least one corner of the bathroom):
That said, I'm pretty much copying every aspect of this picture. The colors, the fixtures, everything.
Creative, I know.
So, here's a little list of things I would love to have in my new bathroom but would, of course
make any bathroom better:
Really digging this vintage egg basket from Simply Objekts.
For towels or toys or anything you need to store, stylishly of course.
I am completely obsessed with finding vintage doctor's jars like this one from Two Ring Circus.
For your fresh cut flowers, these silver plated cups from Bebo Vintage.
You will of course need some perfume bottles to put on your vanity tray.
These lovely vintage ones from AJ Paul should do the trick.
And the number one thing that I wish I had in my bathroom right now,
A beautiful clock so that I know how much longer I can spend putting on, removing and re-putting on
my liquid eyeliner (that stuff is tricky) before I'm going to be late.
This Russian model from (me-machine favorite) Clockwork Universe has stolen my heart.
Okay. Now that I know everything that I will put in it...time to go start
taking stuff out of it (i.e. walls, ceiling, floor).
Wish us luck!

love all the items you picked out for your new bathroom!
